NAA mini revolver, or KelTec .32auto in an ankle or pocket.

None yet. For a while I had a Taurus PT22, but never carried it. I have been considering a P3AT for an ankle holster.
Just had a thought: I am condsidering a micro 1911 for a backup/carry

On duty a Jennings 22 cal. My best friend carried it for 23 yrs as a Trooper, When he died he left it to me so now I carry it as a reminder of him. He called it his ahh $hit gun. He said if he had to pull that one things were really bad. Off duty I carry only my 23 or my 36 no back up

Buy the P3AT, you will love it. Uncle has one for duty backup, its awesome. Just as reliable as my KelTec .32, and feels a bit lighter due to the bigger bore barrel and one less round. The .380 and .32 recoil the same, too. These are guns that if you buy them, you will carry them everyday, after a couple weeks, you won't go for a #2 without it in your pocket or on your ankle!!! lol

a buddy of mine has a 38 special S&W air weight i think its called i was trying to decide between either that or a glock 26/27 i want to carry it on my ankle also what do you guys think

Ankle holsters are hard to wear with anything very heavy. Its really hard to get used to, and even harder to keep from 'printing' with anything but the smallest handgun. I think the Keltec .32 or .380, or the new Keltec 9mm slimline pistol is about the heaviest/largest a person could carry all the time and be used to it. My ankle rig even has the calf strap, which helps a lot, but even then it wears you out after a few hours.

I have never had a problem carrying my G26 or my G27 on my ankle. It all comes down to a good ankle holster.
I again, HIGHLY recommend the Galco AnkleGlove.
Sure, it is odd, but you get used to it.
To answer the initial question...
Off duty: I usually only carry one gun.
On duty: G27 in an undisclosed location.

Sig 239 always on, backup is .38+p Taurus 85 w/Crimson Trace grips beside me in the car, easier to grab and swing around in there. Rarely have two on, but I have a last resort double-action Derringer I slip in the weak-hand front pocket for a bit extra, If I have one of those 'funny feeling' travel days.

Hiya Becket, I have also a P-6 Sig as my backup but usally the wife gets that one lol. Nice to see you here.

Thanks Reconvic; and I figured there may be a Sig mentioned here and there  . Lots of Glocks, hmmm, one brand I didn't actually buy yet as they feel a bit square in my hand, but everyone seems to have one and the years of pressure are wearing on me to at least own one, maybe I better put a crowbar in my wallet head to the shoot store... . I know they're less expensive and simpler as you say, thats for sure. What is the followup shot accuracy like on the "baby" inside 10 yds?
Much flip or torque on the first shot at all? Sorry if I am hijacking...

Haven't carried back ups since 1988, but then that's when I stopped locking peeps up.
