Input needed
Ok gunlovers. Need some input here. I am revamping the old "reference" thread at the top of the forum. I am planning on taking some informational pics of my guns, comparisons of things, etc... If you search my name at GT you will see what kind of pics I post. Kind of like Butch does. I need some ideas of what you guys need to see. I am going to make that thread very very informative on every topic I can think to cover that I am knowledgable on. (also, I deleted some of the old threads that only had a link in them, some of the links were dead, and I am going to eventually cover all of the topics in the one post, making the forum look cleaner, and easier to navigate) Well, whatcha got?

Pics of all the moving components and how they work would be a good start.

Pics of all the moving components and how they work would be a good start. I guess a good closeup shots of my G19 cutaway would do very well for that wouldn't it? That will take time, lighting is tough to capture with my crappy camera. I think I'll go play around with it now and see if I can get some pics

I haven't tried this but I heard cutting the top and bottom of a milk jug, then placing the item inside, then putting a light on the outside works well.

maybe some how-tos like connectors, trigger springs, how to fully dissassemble.

Comparison pics of how the different Glock caliber chambers support the cartridge. Some people (like me) don't really see the whole "Glock .40 caliber chamber doesn't fully support the cartridge sh you should immedeitly buy a $250 aftermarket barrel" internet commando talk. Just by looking my 1911 barrel looks more prone to Kb's than my Glocks'.

(Not very old, but dates back to around 2000.) There is a pic of the old vs. new floating around on the net, I'll see if I can find it until I can get my own pic up.

Found it. This one isn't mine, but it will work for now.
